Adaptive Additive Manufacturing
The Most Advanced FDM
Software for process monitoring and adaptive control of robot-based 3D printing technology.
3D printing robot
3D printing robot with adapted measuring and control systems for precise printing on complex (curved) surfaces or support structures.
Mobile screw-extruder printing head with integrated sensors and dynamic exchange of plasticizing unit for the processing of various polymers and polymer composites.
The use of additive manufacturing technologies by the industry have been growing at a fast pace, with the value of this market growing from 3.1 Billion Dollars in 2013 to 6.4 Billion Dollars in 2016. It is expected that it will jump to 21 Billion by 2021. This is driven partially by the many advantages of this technology, like freedom of shape (geometries which cannot be achieved by other production methods), individualized production, fast prototype development cycles, resource efficiency, among others.
The project A2M is a bilateral collaborative R&D Project with German and Czech partners. It is funded by the BMBF (Federal Ministry of Education and Research Germany) and the TACR (Technology Agency of the Czech Republic).
Consider it is an employment agency for IT leaders, and contributes in R&D projects targeting blockchain, AI, M2M communication, and edge computing. Out of these projects we found start-ups.
We are a team of specialists focused on providing services for car-design development. Our skills in design, DM, A-class surfacing, prototyping using 3D print and other technologies are the basis to our aim to keep up with the newest trends and technologies.
